It's Christmas
I never thought it would be a christmas like this,
A christmas of pain and sorrow.
I never thought disaster would strike this day.
A friend of mine called me on the telephone,
she said she was alright and safe.
I didn't knew what she meant, until I saw the news.
The things I saw was enough to make me change channel.

A chaos all around, nothing looked like in the brochures,
it was dirt and debris everywhere.
And in the middle, at the beach some people worked hard.
And there were palms lying on the ground,
all covered up in mud.
The sight made me turn my head away.

On the radio they said "now it's christmas"
